♥ All items except for stickers and keychains are hand made to order, so items are not ready to ship.

♥ All items can take anywhere from 2 - 6 business days to ship out, but we promise to do our best and get them out as soon as possible!

♥ Please make sure to TRIPLE CHECK that your address is correct before checking out. Once packages are in the mail, we can't change where they go. If packages are not picked up at incorrect address and are returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship order back to correct address.

♥ We are not responsible for what happens to your package once it has been shipped. There is always the chance of a delay happening or a package getting lost in the mail. We will always do our best to accommodate the buyer but once packages are in the mail it is out of our hands.

All ceramic mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe, camper mugs are dishwasher safe, and glass mugs are hand wash only

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle w/ mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary, but do not iron the design.

♥ Exchanges/Refunds will be granted if the incorrect item has been sent by us.

♥ Items are made to order so refunds and exchanges will not be given due to the buyer selecting the incorrect size. Every listing has a size chart with measurements of all available sizes.
